Air Paradise Solutions uses four chemicals when cleaning. Below is a brief description of these EPA approved chemicals we use:
*Oxine-HVAC*
*Oxine-HVAC* is registered by the EPA specifically for the sanitation of HVAC systems and duct work, and is also a registered Tuberculocidal. As a pioneering product in critical point microbial control, *Oxine-HVAC is scientifically-proven effective against Legionaella pneumophila, Aspergillus fumigatus, Staphylococcus aureus, Mycobacterium bovis (Tuberculosis) and numerous other disease-causing organisms. In addition, Oxine-HVAC* eliminates these and many other microbial concerns in a matter of seconds - then breaks down into simple table salt. In addition to its EPA registration, Oxine is approved by the FDA and USDA to ensure the user of its efficacy and safety. The solution is clear, stable and virtually odorless allowing Oxine to be safely stored and transported with out special consideration.
*EnviroCON*
Specific to the HVAC industry, EnviroCON is highly-effective in eliminating odor-causing microorganisms as well as those associated with mold, mildew and bacterial growth. A point of contact application, EnviroCON eliminates odors at their source through a chlorine dioxide release-process that destroys organisms at the origin. EnviroCON uses no perfumes or masking agents. An enhanced benefit of EnviroCON is its low toxicity and safety rating form the EPA. As a result, EnviroCON may be used in occupied spaces. *EnviroCON* does not use any environmentally-damaging propellants or flammable ingredients. For bacteria, mold, mildew, fungi and algae, there is not an easier, safer or more effective product on the market.
*Quat-39*
Quat 39 is a phosphate-free concentrated disinfectant which provides effective cleaning, deodorizing, disinfection and sanitization. It has been designed specifically for air duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, mold and mildew control, coil cleaning and other cleaning where the prime importance is controlling the hazards of cross-contamination. When used as directed, Quat 39 is formulated to disinfect non-porous, inanimate surfaces such as air ducts, coils, furnaces and any other surfaces that collects mold, mildew, bacteria, and dust. *Quat 39* will also deodorize those areas which are generally hard to keep fresh-smelling and that are prone to odors caused by microorganisms.
*F.P. Sanitizer*
F.P Sanitizer is a concentrated liquid sanitizer to be used for sanitizing air ducts, coils, furnaces and any other surfaces that collects mold, mildew, bacteria, and dust. Microbiology efficacy test data shows F.P Sanitizer delivers. It is effective as a sanitizer in up to 750 ppm hard water and in the presence of 5% organic soil. An additional feature of F.P Sanitizer is its cleaning ability. Unlike many sanitizers, it contains surfactants and builders to give additional cleaning power. • Effectively sanitizes air ducts, coils, furnaces and any other surfaces that collects mold, mildew, bacteria, and dust. • Helps comply with rigid inspection standards and guidelines. • Contains no phosphates to reduce pollution of waterways. • Can be dispensed through dispensing sprayers and foamers. • Effectively used for Mold and Mildew control, Dust control, Furnace and Coil cleaning and of course Sanitizing and Deodorizing. • EPA Registered formula confirms compliance.
